Need Blog Advice? Ask our ‘SuperMom’ of this month….

The second in the series of ‘Super Moms’ is Tiffany Noth, from Indiana, founder of Bloggymoms. She has managed to develop an excellent Moms Network of mostly ‘Stay at Home’ Moms, who are self expressive and have a lot to share online. Bloggymoms has now also become a premier source of Blog advice and support to Moms all over US and beyond. She calls herself a ‘Wife and Mother blogging about the daily adventures of life’.

Our Vote goes for Tiffany for her wonderful work as a mom and a community expert:)

The striking aspect is also that the popular community is less than a year old.

Excerpts from the Interview with Tiffany:

What is bloggymoms all about and how/when did you start ?

Bloggy Moms is a community where the well seasoned mom bloggers can mingle with moms who are new to the world of mom blogs. It is a place to seek information, to provide support, to connect with other moms.

I blogged before the term was even coined. In the beginning, I used various outlets available online {such as tripod, angelfire and eventually blogger} to log my daily activities and thoughts. As my life has progressed my blogs have changed and I am now at ABloggyMom.com

I am ultimately impressed with mommy blogs. The history they are capturing for their families is amazing. The witty and vibrant women in the mom blog community are like no other group.

Reading mom blogs has let me know that I am not alone in this role of mommy and what I encounter on a daily basis. They provide information, tips, laughter and most important that sense of community. I created Bloggy Moms to further that community bond.

Your Thoughts on the immensely successful moms in blogosphere, the reason behind(We personally feel mom bloggers have been fabulous – very expressive and well networked)

I think the mom bloggers who have been very successful have been so because they are simply the same person online that they are in their every day lives. They are real, down to earth and a lot have a unique view of the world and motherhood that allows and teaches others to laugh at themselves.

What was the sole motive behind starting this community

Sole motive? To gather these amazing women in one area to encourage and support one another.

How do you divide your time /balance between time for the blog and your family and other personal engagements?

I’ve had to progressively change my online schedule as Bloggy Moms has grown. It definitely keeps me busy and I am enjoying every minute of it. The most important thing has been to manage my time wisely.

Any mom bloggers or connections you made online, any wonderful people you have met?

I think every blogger I have had the opportunity to talk with has been wonderful. Each day I am getting to meet more and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

What support do you provide to members in your community?

I hope I’ve been helpful each and every time I’ve been approached by a member of Bloggy Moms. I help navigate them through the site and have helped several with issues on their personal blogs, creating code for buttons, etc…

How/what do small businesses and companies working in ‘kids’ space seek your assistance for?

They have contacted me to help reach moms regarding their products and the usefulness of their products to families.

Any interesting experiences during this journey so far?

I have been approached by several large companies and that has flattered me more than I can express.

Is there a way moms who do not blog can be a part of this community?

Moms who don’t blog are very welcome to join our community! They simply sign up as everyone else does.

What are the most popular topics discussed in your forum?

Discussing Giveaways and Facebook are the most popular topics at the moment.

How do you see yourself and bloggymoms 5 years from now?

In 5 years I hope to be providing the ultimate in blog advice and support for mom bloggers through Bloggy Moms.

Words to your followers and friends?

Don’t give up! Even when you think no one is reading your blog or it isn’t important to anyone… it is. You’re leaving your mark, your footprint, you’re saying “I was here”.
